Dawn

This picture is a flat field of textured color made of irregular shapes that lock together across the entire surface. Bright orange, magenta, and yellow marks spread out toward the edges, while the center holds a heavy concentration of overlapping forms. There are no recognizable objects or single places for the eye to rest, as the jagged marks and patches of olive green and pale lavender are distributed evenly from side to side.

Looking closer, the edges of the shapes appear mottled rather than smooth. Small patches of white and lavender break up the warmer tones, creating a surface where every part of the image carries the same level of detail. The marks vary in size, with larger blocks of color in the middle and more dispersed, thinner patches moving outward. No text or lettering appears anywhere in the composition.
