This square abstract work organizes interlocking shapes into distinct horizontal and vertical zones. A wide section of bright pink stretches across the lower middle, acting as a base for a tall cluster of orange and red shapes that rises through the center. Darker patches of blue and purple anchor the very top and bottom edges, creating a frame for the brighter colors in the middle. The view is flat and direct, looking straight down at the pattern without any sense of distance or a horizon line.

The surface is filled with small, irregular marks and veins of turquoise that weave between the larger blocks of color. These mottled shapes resemble the texture of stone or dense clouds. While the red and orange sections stand out due to their central position, the smaller dark spots at the edges provide a heavy border. Every part of the image is covered in these textured marks, leaving no plain areas.
